## Statement

Can a theory-selected basepoint subgroup and a microscopic support-restoring observation map be constructed jointly, as required before the physical spectral-pair/output gate may be opened?

## Caution

The constructed OMOS record quotient is not the missing microscopic mass/generation observation map; entering its output gate is not asserted to derive a physical mixing matrix.

## Primary source

Appendix T, §15.5, Intrinsic-basepoint placeholder, PDF p.335: "A future intrinsic selector must register, before naming any vector or frame, a subgroup Hbp ⊂ E6(6) whose action on the unpointed 27 has a single non-null fixed line. The cubic normalization N (x0 ) = 1 would then select one real point on that line, subject to the residual normalizer acting trivially."
