## Statement

On the frozen carrier, the selector-law coefficient equals the clock commutator coefficient: κlaw = κclock, the same structure constant read as an eigenvalue difference and as a commutator coefficient.

## Caution

The shared internal coefficient does not derive external time, an absolute frequency or a physical mass scale.

## Primary source

Appendix E, §7, Dark attachment: coefficient identity, PDF p.175: "κlaw = κclock is a theorem — one structure constant appearing simultaneously as an eigenvalue difference and as the commutator coefficient"
