## Statement

The banked non-degenerate PSD/stability inequalities have non-empty interior, leaving a 6-dimensional feasible set before the scale quotient and a 5-dimensional set after it; they do not select a ray.

## Caution

Degenerate inequalities can encode equalities, so this result is not a universal ban on dimension-reducing inequality constraints.
