## Statement

The bare Freudenthal system does not select a frame-free package DH = (PH,Nann,qH): its Higgs line is unavailable invariantly, its winding level lacks a frame-free basepoint, and its quadratic refinement remains a torsor.

## Caution

The obstruction leaves the marked-carrier registration conditional; it does not forbid supplying the framing as loaded input.
