## Statement

With the measured tau anchor and QED-matched muon mass, the external empirical Koide rule K = 2/3 gives the selected light root me = 0.5076 MeV.

## Caution

This empirical-rule closure does not derive the electron mass from the bare Jordan algebra or remove the muon-chain loading.

## Primary source

Paper 2, §3.2, External Koide premise, PDF p.36: "The electron mass is determined by the external empirical relation K = 2/3 acting on that mµ chain and the measured mτ anchor [A636, A637]."
