## Statement

The retained charm bridge mc = (7/3)m_s^const = 1291.9 MeV has the printed +1.49% offset from its MS-bar comparator; no constituent-to-MS conversion uncertainty is supplied.

## Caution

This constituent-anchored comparison does not establish a low-energy mass theorem or a status-setting discrepancy.

## Primary source

Paper 2, §3.6, Charm offset and comparator, PDF p.38: "The charm bridge value mc = 1291.9 MeV lies +1.49% above the PDG 2026 MS comparator mc (mc ) = 1272.9 ± 4.5 MeV."
