## Statement

At the m1 = 0 normal-ordering boundary, the suite gives Σmν = 58.79 meV and mβ = 8.74 meV as boundary properties, not consequences of R2.

## Caution

These boundary values do not derive the R2 attachment, an absolute neutrino mass scale from the algebra, or a cosmological exclusion.

## Primary source

Paper 5, §2, Boundary corollaries, PDF p.85: "If the edge is taken at the boundary m1 = 0 with normal ordering, the boundary itself fixes Σmν = 58.79 meV and mβ = 8.74 meV."
