## Statement

In the registered two-alpha channel, no leading bridge is typeable; B(8Be) = 2Bα at leading order, and the first annular correction has Sαα = −ϕ⁻¹⁸√σ < 0.

## Caution

This channel result does not give a complete nuclear Hamiltonian or settle the separate charge and breathing-accounting problems.
