## Statement

The source's Hoyle excitation (ϕ⁻¹⁵ + ϕ⁻¹⁸)√σ = 0.4033 MeV is compared with 0.3796 MeV, a printed 6.2% difference that passes its frozen 10% bar.

## Caution

The source-reported pass does not turn the associator into an energy or derive the dimensional scale and full nuclear dynamics.
