## Statement

Under the banked baseline ruling, the proton-separation estimate Sp(9B) is 1.29 times the world value and Sp(8B) is 2.60 times the world value; correct signs and counts do not close the magnitude sector.

## Caution

The strong sign/count record does not derive charge magnitudes or justify choosing a more favourable baseline after comparison.
