## Statement

The tested clock/twist and total-charge-resolved fusion-path constructions do not supply the {6,7} deficit window; the registered perturbative annular attachment remains closed negative.

## Caution

The tested annular failures do not exclude the separately named packing/coordination class or constitute a universal annular no-go.
