The motivated clock generator Hclk is extra Cartan structure on the symplectic carrier, compatible with the absence of a derived tensor-layer energy order; the golden bridge corroborates a face of its flow but does not derive the seed.

The motivated seed does not derive measured time, a physical energy ordering, masses or the missing continuum functor.
