## Statement

The earlier freedom ledger combined a bit total, a dimension count and a surplus into one headline before computing the observation-functor faithfulness kernel.

## Caution

The withdrawal does not erase the separately typed data or license a replacement scalar total without a faithfulness analysis.

## Primary source

Appendix X, §1.3, Typed freedom ledger replacing the headline, PDF p.361: "The Rev27-era headline (a bit total plus a dimension count, with a surplus) is withdrawn pending typed rebuild: its 17-dimensional decomposition is internally inconsistent as typed — confirmed at primary source, lane-caught, and logged as a house casualty below. It is replaced by typed rows."
