## Statement

The archived protection-and-bounce chain assumed a vanishing determinant and a vanishing third eigenvalue at the working vacuum.

## Caution

The normalization replacement does not exclude singular Jordan elements or independently adjudicate the old Z-mass protection and bounce implications.

## Primary source

Appendix I, §6, Remark 6.4: vacuum normalization supersession, PDF p.219: "the legacy vacuum normalization diag(ϕ2 , 1, 0) is superseded by the current {ϕ, 1, ϕ−1 } frame, the structural statements unaffected."
