Precision Audit: PDG 2024 + NuFIT 6.0 Benchmarks – Comprehensive Constraint Database and Statistical Scoring

Author: Tom O’Sieg Version: v0.2 Date: 2026-03-30 Companion: Paper 1 v1.50 | Paper 2 v3.11 | Paper 3 v0.1 Verified: FullBoat Kernel v2.0
ABSTRACT

A comprehensive precision audit of J₃(𝕠ₛ)-derived predictions against the Particle Data Group 2024 edition and NuFIT 6.0 neutrino-oscillation global fits. This paper documents a structured row-by-row comparison of 36 active observables across electroweak, quark-flavor, and lepton-sector physics, including the new Tier 3A pentagonal moiré ansatz for PMNS parameters.

Of 36 active rows: 15 predictions agree with PDG/NuFIT values within 1% error tolerance, 15 predictions fall within 2σ experimental uncertainty, and 5 rows are marked as “DEAD” (ruled out by experiment or internal inconsistency). Total audit score: 118/140 points. Version 0.2 adds a new Tier 3A for the pentagonal moiré ansatz and a DUNE section treating two competing PMNS-phase targets within the framework (−133.4° vs −163.1°, separated by 29.7°).
